Организует рабочие встречи психологов, работающих в центрах детской онкологии и гематологии в Польше, проводит учебные курсы для медсестер, психологов и врачей первичного звена по вопросам общения с пациентами, психоонкологическим вопросам, активно участвует в работе Международного общества детских онкологов (SIOP и SIOP Europe) и Педиатрического общества, группы в рамках Всемирного психоонкологического общества (IPOS). В настоящее время занимается подготовкой описания психоонкологической квалификации в соответствии с Интегрированной рамкой квалификаций.

In 1987–1996, she worked as an assistant professor at the Department of Substantive and Executive Criminal Law and Forensic Psychiatry at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdansk, and in 1992–1995 she headed this department. In 1996, she moved to work at the Medical Academy in Gdansk. Since October 1, 2013 Head of the Department of Psychiatry, Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Warmia and Mazury. He is a member of the scientific board of the journal Medycyna Paliatywna w Praktyce (Palliative Medicine in Practice).
